Abstract
令A是一個實對稱矩陣，在限制 和 ，其中 和 已知，我們求出 的最小值，首先我們利用拉格朗日乘數法消除限制條件 ，接著可將此問題化為一個二次固有值問題，亦可由其它觀點，將此問題化為一個方程式求根的問題。並給出何時有解何時無解的充要條件，最後，討論因計算誤差對解的敏感度和影響。
