Abstract

成形磨削三次元測定機 Form Grinding Coordinate Measuring Machining
成形磨削的形狀誤差原因,是砂輪修整時創成曲線之形狀誤差、研磨時工件表面創成曲線之形狀誤差、及量測誤差之組合,使得工件加工出之曲線未必為輸入之曲線,再利用三次元測定機加以檢驗修整後之砂輪及加工後之工件,找出曲線因創生修整與創生研磨時,所產生誤差之原因,並利用 CNC控制器加以補償與修正,以確保曲線之正確。在本文中將對規則曲線如:凹、凸圓弧、V字形、斜面等研究出一套基本成形磨削公式,使工件達到正確形狀為最終目標。The form of the grinding wheel would be dressed with asingle-point diamond dresser that operate by CNC controller.The controller is used for generate diamond dresser's path,thedresser path, wheel shape and profile of the finalworkpiece suppose to be the same at all time. But if theprocess parameters are not properly selected, the profileerror of form grinding are result from the wheel of createdcurves error the workpiece of created curves error, andmeasuring error. In this project a Coordinate MeasuringMahine is used for measuring profile error and the datawill feed back to the CNC controller for the correction. Inthis study is discussed here that includes rule curves, suchas concave, convex, V profile and slope surface, and findout a basic form grinding formula for the preision profile.
