The superlattice is an artificially material composed of 2 or 3 different types of metals or insulators or superconductors. For a one dimensional superlattice the direction of alternating layer structure is usually refereed to as z axis direction and the plane parallel to z axis has uniform physical properties. In our calculation we take this z-axis as x-axis in the whole thesis. The aim of this work is to investigate the current transport properties in superlattice (of supercondtor-normal metal type) system and to see the modification of electron phonon interaction. In the beginning we introduce constant order parameters in each superconducting material with some periodic modulation of phase. Later on we can apply the modified order parameter owing to proximity effect. The calculated differential conductance shows the periodic modulations due to scattering mechanism in multilayer structure. Finally we will give a brief review on proximity effect and try to do some work on the fundamental electron phonon interaction in superlattice structure.
