Abstract
Taiwanese enterprises have always been known for flexibility, customization, and quickly manufacturing ability. In order to assist management in decision making, importing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to improve efficiency in information by assistance of information technology to provide help to enterprise development. Many cases indicated that user satisfaction play a crucial role in ERP implementation and valuation. The main objective of this research is to explore the critical factors affecting user satisfaction of ERP system to get practical reference.
