Abstract
Conventional researches of image processing are focused on physical characteristics of color and visual model of color perception. Recently, as the great advancement and wide spread of computer technology, color science has become more and more significant. And color harmony becomes an important topic in color science. In this thesis, images are enhanced first by ordinary users through image-processing software. The following procedure is to simplify the favorite-enhancement procedure to be a 3x3-matrix transformation in which the coefficients are investigated by linear-least-square error fitting between original images and enhanced images. We called the matrix "favorite color correction matrix". Then the original training images were enhanced through favorite color correction matrix. And the same matrix would be used to enhance another testing images. Experimental results showed that the errors of our method are permitted. The performance of our method is excellent.
