Abstract
This article is to discuss a kind of development and applications of a program. This program is used to our laboratory project named tRNA in order to find ribozymes. It is a core program besides which is used in tRNA project. In addition to finding stem and the structures of RNA, this program is also a good filtering method before folding program such as “mfold”. It can filter more possible subsequence to reducing the time cost of folding. We do experiment with some known RNA sequence and also test with SARS coronavirus TW1 and Human enterovirus 71.
