Abstract
The natural phenomenon is usually extremely complicated and difficult ot analyze. In the last fifteen years, the investigators have tried the fractal dimension that can characterize roughness and self-similarny of it. We found that the fractal dimension is also suitable for analyzing the external urethral spbincter electromyogram (EUS EMG) and the cystometrogram(CMC) of the Wistar rats during voiding . In this investigation, we emphasize the analyzed results of EUS and bladder activity at different phases, synergia and dyssnergia of them, and difference caused by the temperature of stimulation. Two methods of estimation of fractal dimansion, the modified relative differential box-counting (RDBC) method and the discrete-time fractional LBrowninan motion(DFBM) method, were ndopted. According to the final results, the micturition model of the wistar rats can be generalized and helpful to handle the synergia of the bladder and EUS of other animats.
