Abstract

一氧化氮 亞硝酸鹽 有機發光二極體 光轉換膜 感測器 Nitric oxide Nitrite OLED light conversion film sensor
Nitric oxide is a signaling molecule, plays an important role in the cardiovascular system, immune system, and nervous system in vivo. While nitrite is known to be associated to gastric cancer since in the stomach it can be synthesized carcinogenic nitrosamines with secondary amine. On the other hand, nitrite can repair damaged cells when they hypoxia, so that cells can restore normal function. Therefore, NO/NO2- sensors have a great deal of research and development value in biomedical. In this work, the NO/NO2- probe-DAQ and the light conversion material R670, respectively, blended with HEMA to form the bi-layer NO/NO2- sensing hydrogel film. This sensing film is demonstrated for indicator-free and high selectivity of aqueous NO/NO2-, and will not be affected by acid. We integrate the sensing film with OLED and PD for monitoring NO/NO2-. The OLED is used to excite the light conversion film, and the PD is used to detect the PL produced by the light conversion film and display with digital signal. This integrated device can monitor aqueous NO/NO2- real-time, but we eventually found that nitrite is the main reactant with membrane.
