Abstract

著色是在電腦繪圖的領域中,經常應用的一種輔助技巧。它的目的是要使 影像結果更為生動逼真。然而,過去在色彩的選擇上,是由使用者依自己 的喜好選取,色彩間的協調因素幾乎都未考慮。因此,在著色的應用中, 若能加入色彩協調的心理影響,將可以使色彩的應用更具人性化的觀點。 首先,一個”熱鬧─寧靜”語意的色彩意象空間已經發展完成,定量地評 估色彩協調。在這篇論文中,提出一個基於此,一維色彩意象空間的室內 影像著色系統。我們的目的是要根據人類的喜好╱厭惡程度,對室內影像 進行美化。藉由這個色彩意象空間,一張室內影像首先被編碼成一組色彩 語意分佈代表整張影像的語意。此外,藉由適當的參考分佈,兩種統計圖 指定的技巧,被用來適應地調變原影像的色彩語意分佈。基於調變後的色 彩語意分佈,藉由一個色彩內插的解碼過程,可以重建出一張新的輸出影 像。我們採用CIE1976(L*u*v*) 的均勻色彩空間,保留色彩混合的加成性 。由實驗結果顯示,我們所提出的著色系統能明顯地改善影像的整體協調 程度。同時,我們的系統提出了兩個新的新的想法,一是完全自動地針對 室內影像進行著色美化,另外同時也考慮了整體的色彩協調程度的結果。 最後,我們簡單地規劃出系統的未來發展,以及需要考慮的變因。 Coloring is frequently used in the field of computer graphics. However, the harmony of resultant color had not yet been evaluated in the conventional algorithms. Previously, a 1D image scale of 'CHEERFUL-SILENT' has been constructed to quantitatively evaluate the harmony of colors. In this thesis, a coloring system for interior image based on this 1D color image scale is proposed. Our objective is to coloring the interior image according to the grade of human's pleasure/ disgust . The procedure is that an interior image is first coded as a color linguistic distribution(CLD), representing the linguistic meaning of the whole image, by the 1D color image scale. Furthermore, two types of histogram specification techniques are applied to adaptively modify the coded CLD by proper references. Based on the resulted CLD, a resultant interior image can be reconstructed by a decoded procedure of color interpolation. The uniform color space of CIE1976(L*u*v*) is used to preserve the additive for color mixture. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed coloring system can obviously improve the grade of harmony. Also, our potential and advanced developments are outlined.
