Abstract

樹莓派 精實生產 開發板 目視管理 錯誤防範 Raspberry Pi Lean Production Development Board Visual Management Error Proofing
As manufacturing shifted towards low-volume, high-diversity production, managing factories with mass-production-oriented concepts would be rather unfit. The high-volume, high-efficiency, and low production cost brought by economies of scale from large orders are slowly vanishing. Contrarily, low-volume production once considered non-efficient is on the rise, riding the surge of preference for personalization and customization, which is gradually affecting factory operation. Also, development board has come into abundance in volume and variety due to its demand in education, commercial application, and internet of things. Many developer-friendly and user-friendly development boards are made, thus lowering development platform restrictions and increasing the types of sensors and control equipment that can be attached to the development board. This research will discuss the adaption of lean management for a factory in the progress of converting from mass-production to small-scale, diverse production. Through discussions made with factory managers and operators, house-developed software and development board (Raspberry Pi) hardware are employed. Human-error prevention and visual management will be introduced through development board application to achieve lower cost.
