Abstract
We built up a Magneto-Optic Kerr Effect system (MOKE) in the department of Engineering and System Science, NTHU. We tookit to measure the exchange field of IrxMn100-x thinfilm (X=20, 23, 25, 30% from NCKU) and other one (Mn/Ir)15 multilayer fabricated in turn. X-ray diffraction, X-ray absorption spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence to analyze our samplesin the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC), We could know the structure order parameter and correct concentration of our sample were measured to find the causation between structure and exchange field.
