Abstract
For the past few years, the increasing demand for high resolution imaging in scientific research and industrial applications is motivated by improving a novel imaging technique, such as coherent X-ray diffraction imaging (CXDI). In addition, building on the original work by Walter Hoppe, one of the most successful CXDI approach called ptychography provides very high resolution images by employing complementary diffracted data from overlapping illumination and a ptychographic iterative engine (PIE) algorithm. Our works focus on developing the ptychographic technique by combining with the structured illumination scheme, especially with random arrangements of amplitude objects. Our research results are achieved by using the numerical simulations. We numerically demonstrated the effectiveness of ptychography with structured illuminations to enhance the convergence of phase retrieval, to resolve the problem of uniqueness and the large dynamic range of measured speckle patterns.
