Abstract
This paper is concerned with periodic system of singular difference equations. The solution to this problem can be repressed in term of generalized inverse of periodic matrix pencil. And the solutions can be applied to the discrete optimal control problem. We can reduce the discrete optimal control problem to a linear discrete boundary value problem. So we may apply the forward theorem to construct the general solution of the discrete boundary value problem. And under suitable assumptions we can prove the boundary value problem is consistent.
