Abstract
產業的競爭與科技的進步,使得今日的產品實現過程憑添許多變數, 然 而,目前仍然缺乏一套系統化的方法與工具,可以提供作為原型試作階段 的可產製性分析的參考。有鑑於此,本研究擬探討一結合程序模擬與可產 製性評估的方法與工具。其中包括:建立一套產製性分析的架構,並將此 架構應用於產品實現過程中;估算及分析試作階段的良率與成本;提供生 產階段預測與產品設計的參考。 Driven by competition and fueled by technological advances, the need to gain competitive advantage through new product realization process (PRP) has increased significantly. In the PRP evolvement, product prototype's producibility becomes a critical issue. At the present, however, there is a void in the systematic method and the accompanying tool for producibility evaluation of product prototype. This research is directed to developing an effective process modeling technique and producibility assessment method.
