Abstract
In this project, a 3.3V 2.4GHz Gilbert-Cell mixer is analyzed and designed. It was fabricated with TSMC 0.35μm 3P3M SiGe technology and the size of this chip is 1247μm×1098μm. The noise figure is 16.3dB. The conversion gain is 5.28dB. The IIP3 is 4.66dBm.RF to LO isolation is 39dB. The total power consumption is 16.6mW from a 3.3V supply voltage.
