Abstract
Economy is in transitions; it is changing from service economy to experience economy. In this economymany businesses create experiences for their customers in order to retain them and for organization growth.Researchers call such businesses experience creators and analyze their customer experiences. Though manybusinesses consider themselves experience creators; social business is not seen from that perspective.Social businesses like Grameen Bank work in the field of community development. Their customers arepoor women. They gain various experiences through services of Grameen Bank. This study aims atanalyzing social business in Bangladesh as experience creator. We analyzed experiences of members ofGrameen Bank through theoretical framework of Experience cycle. We found that Grameen bank providesgood experiences to its members.
