Abstract
晶圓代工產業的誕生，促發了IC產業的垂直分工趨勢。隨著晶圓代工產業生命週期，由萌芽、成長、到戰國階段的演進，企業經營焦點亦由製造生產導向轉為技術發展導向，進而成為今日的客戶中心導向。在每一個產業生命週期階段，業者採取不同的策略，來回應產業環境的變化，以達到永續經營的目的。
