We consider the coupled system of Lorenz equations with Dirichlet, Neumann and periodic boundary conditions respectively. A specific Lyapunov function is constructed for the dissipativeness. We prove that stabilization and synchronization occur, provided that the coupling coefficients are sufficiently large, and are related to the boundary conditions.
