Abstract
Abstract The effect of replacement of the technical development for flat panel display from CRT to TFT-LCD is very fast in the few years. There are two kinds of main factors as follows: (1) The maturity of technology was increased and achieve the stage of replacement. The most representative product is the Note-Book size of computer which was quickly universal and increase the requirement for Liquid Crystal Display. (2)The technology owner of Japan transfer their technology to Taiwan, then it cause many new comers to share the mass production、continuing improvement and technology development by themselves to achieve the cost down and increase the quantities, the effect of replacement will be moved forwardly caused by price down. The Liquid Crystal Display was used in the Sales, Marketing, Presentation of Business and consuming product caused by Weight decreasing, Size Thinning, Lower Power Consumption, Zero Radiation, Space Minimizing…..etc. The major study of this paper will discuss the design principle and procedure of TFT-LCD, then to explore the quality improvement and yield rate up-grade by way of using Seven Quality Method and Taguchi Method in Module from the viewpoint of process. Besides, the paper still want to have some contribution to the Document and helps for the Scholar interesting in TFT-LCD, and this paper will be finished by way of involving the team work process in Module, then point out the phenomenon and to get the conclusion.
