Abstract
In this paper, we study the chaotic synchronization in coupled map lattices for tent map. At the beginning we study the spectral properties, and give a rigorous proof that synchronization occurs for the coupled map lattices with any number of lattice sizes when the coupling strength c is chosen in a suitable open interval contained in [0; 1/2 ]. We also show the numerical results of synchronized chaotic behavior of a lattice of coupled tent map with periodic boundary condition for the case of 1D and 2D lattices. For each r in (1; 2] of the tent map, we have been given the lattices sizes and the ranges of the coupling strengths c such that the CMLs issynchronized.
