Abstract This study has the main purpose that finding a innovated non-phase change of loop heat pipe, which has the advantage of simple manufacturing process. A loop heat pipe performance measuring system and measuring program was designed in this study. The characteristic of this measuring system was using thermal electrical chip (T.E.C.) as the condenser. The maximum heat transfer (Qmax) of loop heat pipe was defined in this study. It was defined as when the condenser was controlled the fixed temperature(30°C 40°C 50°C) and the heating block was controlled at 90°C. The input power of the heating block was called Qmax. The Qmax was increased a lot when the tilt angle from 0 degree to 5 degree, and the Qmax was reached the peak at the 30 degree. The different nozzle length of tube which is inside the heat pipe and the different circulation type (Nozzle-Nozzle Type, Diffuser-Diffuser Type. Nozzle-Diffuser type) was investigated in this study. The Qmax of the best loop heat pipe at 50°C can be reached 28.34W. The Qmax of the best loop heat pipe at 40°C can be reached 32.01W. The Qmax of the best loop heat pipe at 30°C can be reached 37.09W. Key Word: Heat Pipe、The Maximum Heat Transfer、Thermal Electrical Chip
