Abstract
One small and real company from Honduras is used in this paper in order to apply the monitoring agents concept, Data Mining and others components linked via workflow to produce business intelligence in terms of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) agents. It uses the BAM agents in the principal processes of this company like Billing, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and additional design for control and negotiation agent to deal with the sellers and keep tracking on the market in order to give this company the information needed for react according the events happening in its environments with the target to improve the service to the customers and to keep on the leadership in the market.
