X光共振腔複繞射
X-ray cavitymultiple diffraction
本論文的目的在於觀察X光共振腔的共振現象。由矽晶體蝕刻成兩片和八片的cavities,利用能量等於14438.8eV的同步輻射光源在共振腔發生24光複繞射,使其中的背向繞射光(12 4 0)在共振腔內來回反射。收集穿透光與反射光角度掃描與能量掃描的強度變化,若兩者滿足同調性之要求,腔體內之X光會產生共振現象。共振現象的發現開啟了高解析度X光與相位對比技術的新契機,也提供了發展X光雷射之可行性。
