Abstract
ABSTRACTThis thesis tries to enhance the value of exercise equipment by using information communication technology. Our developed cloud-based exercise platform provides an interesting interactive interface to encourage everybody to take exercise continuously to make the boring exercise equipment a brand new life.Our target is to have the user only spend a little expense to upgrade his original existing exercise equipment rather than spending a lot of money to buy a new one. Our developed cloud-based exercise platform is able to provide different kinds of interesting content to entertain users.The business plan in this thesis has a detail study on how to encourage users to take exercise, a questionnaire is performed for these encourage methods. This thesis also compares and analyzes the functions of those cloud-based exercise platforms in the market for those readers who are interested in this field.The author of this thesis interviews 3 respectable entrepreneurs to improve the contents of this business plan. Their comments are very worthy of everybody’s carefully thinking. The result of one questionnaire done for the implementation of this business plan is very positive and exciting.This business plan is analyzed in all aspects from operational target, product and technical concern, marketing concern, competitiveness concern, organization concern, economic concern to promotion concern in order to share to interested friends.Keywords: exercise equipment, exercise assistant equipment, mobile equipment, national exercise, business plan.
