Abstract
An analytical method for obtaining the worst-case crosstalk noise (WCN) patterns and the corresponding peak voltage is proposed in this thesis. Based on the transfer functions from aggressors to victim, certain circuit theories and numerical methods are adopted to calculate the peak crosstalk noise (Vpeak) on the victim of each aggressors and the corresponding time (Tpwak) when the peak occurs. Thereafter, proper alignment is applied between aggressors to achieve the WCN. The simulation results under non-ideal inputs show the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
