In the beginning of 20th century, due to the development of PDA devices, the Touch Panel manufacturer invested lots of money in the field. But finally the application of Touch systems is not as much as prediction and many of the companies close at that time. Until the year of 2005, the popularity of the Tablet PC and Smart Phone gives these companies another chance to join the game again. Since the analyst predicts that the needs of Touch panel will be increased from 60 million pcs/year in 2011 to 200 million pcs/year in 2015, the new entrance and exiting companies invest more and more capital in the factory and product research. It seems like that a cost competition game will be started again, so all the manufacturer all want to find a best solution of next generation touch panel. This research is based on the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to do the expert questionary. There are 3 solutions for next generation touch panel structure and process flow. The questionary result can be a reference for the touch panel manufacturer. The conclusion of this research is that the most important thing in the decision making is about the cost, easy to mass production, light and thin, long life time and strength enough. The 「One Glass process」solution is the best one of them and all the expert prefers it. We also get the weight% of all the criteria and dimension. What we should take care of to reach the target is also discussed in the research. The result can be a reference to all the touch panel manufacturer in the future.
