Abstract The identified China-affiliated global industries as below-listed have been put in the target examples of the study in order to explain the future industry development from perspective of patent application, final analysis and international cooperation viewpoint to explain the performance of the company and hereto to further conclude the business development status of green energy industries. These target companies hereto to be discussed are SOLARFUN POWER HOLDING INC, TRINA SOLAR LTD, SUNTECH POWER HOLDING CO. LTD, CHINA SUNERGY CO. LTD, JA SOLAR HOLDING LTD, RENESOLA. Firstly, to study published patent applications as to find out: (1) overall technology evolution and deployment for solar energy business model, (2) basic pattern of technology change as to reflect the niche business opportunity, (3) analysis on blue and red ocean strategy for business model. Secondly, study financial report for each enterprise as to find out: (1) operation revenue in the near 3 years, (2) performance studies on operation, liquidity and profit capability for each enterprise, (3) performance studies on profit margin, operation revenue and net income. Thirdly, study international cooperation events as to find out: (1) international companywide cooperation business model, (2) international supply chain model, (3) aftermath and effectiveness for international cooperation events. According to the above study and summarize the conclusion and suggestion for solar energy industry trend development.
