Abstract
The contents of this paper is: The influence of import from China on the technical innovation level of Taiwan.First of all,we do a research about the influence of import from China on the R&D input level of Taiwan and the difference between different technology industry.The results is that the import from China has no significant effect on the R&D input level of Taiwan,but it has a positive significant effect on the lower-middle-tech industry,and a negative significant effect on the high-tech industry. The next part of this paper, we do a research about the influence of import from China on the technical innovation level of Taiwan and the difference between different technology industry.The result is that the import from China has a positive significant effect on the technical innovation level of Taiwan.The influence on high-tech industry is more significant than low-tech industry.
