Abstract
CPC Corporation is the supplier of Taiwan, belonged to the state-owned enterprises of Ministry of Economic. The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the situation of Vocational Training of Taoyuan Refinery as well as to research and analyze by questionnaire. Employee training can promote the quality of manpower in an enterprise, push ahead the continuous growth of employee, promote the business achievement and organizational competitiveness so the main research questions, purpose of research and research contribution are below:1. Understanding the situation of Vocational Training of Taoyuan Refinery.2. Discussing the satisfaction of Taoyuan Refinery after receiving training.3.
