Abstract
Passengers watching video program in a vehicle is becoming a common amusement, but watching video program in a vehicle usually makes people uncomfortable, some times would cause motion sickness. In order to understand motion sickness, this thesis divided into two parts to discuss motion sickness. The first part is the experiment, analysis and simulation of motion of a passenger in a vehicle moving along S-curve. The second part is to establish a motion sickness function according to the experiment results by using the parameters established for motion sickness. The function can be used to predict the uncomfortable level of passengers under any kinds of driving conditions.
