In recent years, the female labor force is increasingly important for labor market, and the government’s Employment Service Act targets to assist the re-employment of women. To solve re-employment women’s employment barriers, this research aims to design a job search service system for re-employment women. In the research, we use four stage methodology of service design, “exploration、creation、reflection、implementation”, with the value proposition design and business model canvas design approaches, supplemented by interviews, case studies, five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and other tools, to design the job search service system for re-employment women. Then with the service blueprint and the second time interviews, we collect job search service system’s suggestions to improve the system depending on users’ feedback. Through the research, we distinguished the interviewees into four personas, economic pressure type, motherhood type, professional type and friendship type. Then, we analyzed interviews of different personas, designed a job search service system to fulfill the needs of re-employment women through the service design process. The major contributions of this study are mainly on demonstrating the service design methods to innovate a job search service especially for re-employment women.
