Abstract

The hybrid electro-magnetic levitation system has been used in this study. Stable attractive levitation has been achieved by using electro-magnet and permanent magnetic force .The major advantages are shown below: It can be levitated in zero or low speed condition, it operates in nearly zero power loss, and the large ratio between magnet force and weight.In this study, the two dimension maglev system has the linkage relation . As adopted the independent state control method in this phenomenon, the stability and levitation ability must be effected . Then we can try to develop multi-variables I/O mixed state feedback controller . It can keep the performance about levitating stable and almost zero current loss, and improve the loading and robustness of the system . Finally, the controller can use to transportation maglev system .This system use state feedback law as control law . The reason is that it can compute simply and its computing time is less than necessary sampling time . The used controller are two kinds, one is 8051 microcontroller,and another is 80486 controller . Digital control based the process between analog and digital can be achieved, and we can discuss the possibility using single chip controller in this system .
