Abstract
The application of organic light-emitting diode for penetrating and flexible monitor and solid-state lighting attract the field and the academic circles, recently. They invest their all in this area. Our research in this field emphasize that the design and synthesis new bipolar molecules with electron donating and electron accepting group. We use diphenylamine as electron donor of cis-stilbene/fluorine template. We can get a series of green, yellow and red bipolar molecules by changing different electron accepting group. According to the structure and OLED performance of green bipolar compound 10, we can say that changing different electron accepting group is work for increasing the OLED performance of cis-stilbene/fluorine system. The performance of N-STB-BI in three layers device is well, maximum luminance is 51030 cd/m2. The luminance is 3069 cd/m2, external quantum efficiency is 5.23%, current efficiency is 15.82 cdA-1, power efficiency is 6.55 lmW-1 at 20 mA/cm2. And the performance of N-STB-BI in double layers device, maximum luminance is 20272 cd/m2. The luminance is 928 cd/m2, external quantum efficiency is 5.23%, current efficiency is 4.63 cdA-1, power efficiency is 2.07 lmW-1 at 20 mA/cm2.The performance of single layer device, luminance is 118 cd/m2, external quantum efficiency is 0.22%, current efficiency is 0.60 cdA-1, power efficiency is 0.35 lmW-1, at operating voltage 20 mA/cm2.
