Abstract
The way of learning is changing gradually in information era which we are living nowadays. In the circle of elementary education, E-Learning seems become a brand new approach for catch up the improvement. Through E-Learning systems, people start to enjoy communication and share knowledge with each other. A lot of E-Learning system were released and has varied different purposes. But the lacks of integration lead E-Learning system doing inefficient works. In this study, the focus will be the on-line evaluation sub system of E-Learning platform, the most important part of constructing a highly interactive learning system. The advantage of on line evaluation sub system is trying to help teachers can quickly interactive with the students, get the feedback from the students directly via the on line evaluation. Additionally, all quizzes can be reuse once they’ve been created, and all the quiz will help teacher to get what the students got in the class exactly. Furthermore, the teacher can adjust his lecture content to help students while they are learning a specific topic with their ability. This system makes a use of Web Services, the modern web technology for exchange information on the internet. By utilizing web services, the system can be extended in a convenience manner, and integrates quiz, questionnaire and assignment system into one. This indeed helps an E-Learning system for its interactivity. Finally, this sub system also provides the analysis report for teachers to help summarize the learning goal of each different student made.
