Abstract

電腦化系統動態階層交互作用橡膠配料人 COMPNTER-SUPPORTSYSTEMTHE DYNAMIC-HIEVARCHICALHCIRUBBER-COMPOUNDINGHUMAN
A model of human problem solving emphasizing the dynamic transformationfrom process to process was developed. The transformation mechanism inthe model of problem solving is clarified because smooth transformationdeterminess the efficiency of problem solving. In order to verify theproposed model, and experiment was conducted. Fifteen graduate studentsparticipated in the experiment, and their problem-solving processes indebugging errors on Basic programs were recorded. An equation was derivedto quantify the matching degree between the model and the experiment. Theresults indicate that the matching degree between the proposed model(DHMPS) and empirical processes is higher than 73 percent. This DHMPS mayprovide the designeer of a computer support system a more reasonableproblem-solving model that can improve the reasoning ability of the expertsystems or decision support system.The Dynamic Hierarchical Model of Problem Solving (DHMPS) is one of theproper models to represent behaviors of human problem solving. Theconcepts of the DHMPS were applied to develop three subsystems,instruction, compounding support, and detection, in the Rubber CompoundingSupport System(RCSS) in this study. In order to verify the RCSS, twoexperiments were conducted. Eighteen subjects participated in theexperiments. The results indicated that the RCSS could improve theefficiency of rubber compounding job. The main differences between peoplewith high level of familiarity and people with middle level are in theability of analysis and the experience of rubber compounding. Finally,further researches of this study are recommended.在電腦化系統裡,人與電腦的關係愈來愈密切。然而,人與電腦間的交互作用(HCI)是否順暢會直接影嚮到工作效率。改善(HCI) 的治標方法可以從輸入、輸出的軟、硬體著手; 但是治本之道則在於使人與電腦雙方面都能夠相互了解並且具有雙向溝通的功能。為,此必需從了解人類解決問題過程開始著手。在本文中共可區分為三大部份:一、動態階層式問題解決模式(DHMPS)在DHMPS 中結合了階層、動、庇及反覆三種概念,將人類解決問題的過程加以完善地表達;並且每一階段中所需的資訊也都有清楚的交。DHMPS 經實驗證明具有70%以上的代表性。二、人與電腦間的交互作用(HCI)將DHMPS 轉置於電腦系統中,除了使電腦系統具有了解人類如何解決問題的功能外,也能夠藉此顥示出合適的資訊以利雙向溝通,進而使HCI 更為順暢。三、橡膠配料支援系統(RCSS)在RCSS應用DHMPS 的概念,即1)不同熟悉度的使用者需要不同資訊的支援、2)階層性、及3)動態性,來建立三個功能不同的系統(1) 教育訓練系統、(2) 配料支援系統、及(3)配方偵測系統。並且透過兩個實驗證明RCSS 對於中、低熟悉度的使用者具有極大的幫助。最後在結論中將針對DHMPS及RCSS不完善的地方加以檢討,並敘述未來研究的方向。
