Abstract
The research has the main purpose of feasibility of measuring vapor chamber by Angstrom method theory. Depending on the basis of theory to design a thermal diffusivity system measurement,it can control the temperature with the thermoelectric cooling ship and programmable logic controller. Besides, a thermal diffusivity programming is also developed to study feasibility of measuring vapor chamber. Generally, vapor chamber transfers heat in two dimension or three dimension. Hence, this study divide Angstrom method into two parts - one dimension module and two dimension module to satisfy the actual requirement in industry. Base on that, the spreading heat conductivity measurement system and specific heat capacity measurement system are designed. In experiments, the aspect ratio experiment defines that coppers in different aspect ratio τ take the different theory module. The results indicate that one dimension module is used when the aspect ratio τ is less than 0.066; However, two dimension module is used when the aspect ratio τ is greater than 0.066. The results are applied to the measurement of vapor chamber-Module-11 and vapor chamber-Module-N10. Then it is said that the spreading thermal conductivity of vapor chamber-Module-11 is 1390 W/m.K and he spreading thermal conductivity of vapor chamber-Module-N10 is 608 W/m.K. Finally, From the results of spreading thermal conductivity of vapor chamber, it is success to reach the goal of this research that the spreading thermal conductivity of vapor chamber is numeralized.
