Abstract

數位信號處理切換式磁阻馬達 DSPSwitched Reluctance Motor(SRM)
Although the switched reluctance motor (SRM) possesses many advantages in structure and converter, the doubly salient rotor structure and nonlinear inductance characteristics make its developed torque be nonlinear and full of ripple. Hence, the sophisticated switching and dynamic controls are indispensable to let the SRM drive possess high driving performance. Fortunately, with the progress made in motor design, power electronics and digital signal processor, the performance of SRM drive has been gradually improved. In this thesis, a DSP-based SRM drive is first established. Then the switching control performance and speed control of the SRM drive are studied. The switching commutation instant tuning is one of the most important issues effecting the driving performance an SRM drive. To study this, a tuning control scheme is first developed to adjust the commutation instant. In both speed open-loop and closed-loop application cases, the effect of commutation instant tuning on the torque generating capability is observed through measurements. According to the observed phenomena, the tuning control approaches for these two cases are proposed. Finally, the quantitative speed control of the SRM drive is presented. Based on the estimated dynamic model, the parameters of the proposed speed controllers are systematically designed to meet the specified command tracking and load regulation speed control requirements. When the changes of motor parameters and operating conditions occur, a simple robust controller is designed and applied to lessen the control performance degradation.
