Abstract

摩爾定律SCOR模式延遲策略
The gradual progress of product design has been already unable to stride forward at the speed of the Moore's Law, instead it has shifted to pursue simple application innovation. However, the supply chains of products have evolved from simplicity to complexity in order to satisfy the changing demands of customers. Therefore, it has changed the game rules of production and marketing, and results in the complexity in market competition and causes more difficult demand forecast, urgent orders, and frequent changes of the production schedule, forcing an enterprise to further integrate its limited resources in order to establish a more competitive supply chain. This research utilizes the framework of a supply chain, the standard implementation procedure, the performance index, and the best practices of the SCOR model (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model) as diagnostic tools for improving the supply chain of a business. The SCOR model offers a global framework, which allows all the participants of a supply chain, including the manufacturing companies, the upstream suppliers, and the downstream distributors or customers to use as a common business standard and assists managers to supervise different sections of a supply chain. The performance measurement standard provided by the SCOR model enables all the members of a supply chain to communicate and improve the workflows. The adoption of the tactic of postponement for product production and distribution into the management of a supply chain can further improve the efficiency and excution of it.This research will use an IC design company in Taiwan as an example for the implementation and verification of the SCOR model to illustrate the definition of work flows in the threes layers of the model, and then deploy the standard operation procedure of the four major categories of work flows. Finally the postponement tactic will be applied to establish a better supply chain reference model for the IC design industry in Taiwan. The proposed methodology of this research can provide the planning method and the practice experience for the IC design related industry.
