Abstract
AbstractThe main goal of the synthesis is to study the ionic cyclization reaction of α-iodo cycloalkanones bearing an allenic side chain. We prepared the α-iodocycloalkanones 30a-c and 35a-c as the stating materials developed in our laboratory,then via the ionic cyclization reaction mediated by AlCl3. We can afford the spiro bicyclic products 31a-c, 32a-c, 36a-c and 37a-c in high yields successfully.In addition, we force the reaction toward the single geometric products by controlling the temperature and we can successfully control the ratios of products with high yield.
