Abstract

緊急訂單緊急訂單比例平均生產週期時間利潤模式
Abstract Orders in factories can be separated into two categories : rush orders and normal orders. Normal orders can be processed in regular steps, while rush orders must be dealt in higher priority to satisfy the rush customers. From the view of the manufacturer, they may consider some factors such as the remaining capacity, the disturbance of regular schedule and the arrangement of due date before accepting the rush orders. This study will try to decide the proper proportion of rush orders based on benefit in long-term planning. We use SiMPLE++ to establish the production environment. By using simulation, we collect the related information of normal and rush orders, including average production cycle time, production cycle time deviation and output in various proportion of rush orders during 26 weeks. We use these information to evaluate the affects to original production system in order to decide the price of rush order. We further introduce the benefit model, which considers the benefit of rush and normal orders, the penalty and additional inventory costs of normal orders, the emergency order cost of rush orders.
