Abstract
Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC) for the analysis of Polychlorinationated biphenyls(PCBs) is described. In this study 65-mm polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene(PDMS/DVB) and 100-mm polydimethyl siloxane(PDMS) fibers were used. Several parameters of the extraction and desorption procedure were studied and optimized, such as extraction time, extraction temperature, desorption time, desorption temperature, ionic strength, organic solvent and pH. Using a 30-min SPME extraction, 65-mm PDMS/DVB fiber analysis with GC-ECD. The limits of detection was from 0.03 ng/mL to 0.10 ng/mL. And 100-mm PDMS fiber was from 0.02 ng/mL to 0.10 ng/mL. The linear correlation coefficient (>0.9977) of this method are all very well.
