Abstract
本論的研究目的是在探討樟腦磺醯胺的丙三醇縮酮衍生物在不對稱合成性及應用, 內容分為三個部分; 第一部分為 : 以樟腦磺醯胺為上的特性及應用, 內容分為三個部分; 第一部分為 : 以樟腦磺醯胺為光學輔助基的丙三醇衍生物在 compactin 內酯合成上的應用; 第二部分為: 以樟腦磺醯胺為光學輔助基的甘油醛和甘油亞胺衍生物進行不對稱親核基加成反應的研究; 第三部分為: 合成2-取代基 甘由酸衍生物的研究.The study on the synthetic application of glycerol derivativewith 10-camphorsulfonaimde as chiral auxiliary is described.The first part of this dissertation is concerning withthenthesis of compactin lactone with the title compound aschirlon. The second part of this dissertation is concerningwith asymmetric addition of chiral glyceraldehyde andglyceraldimine with 10-camphorsulfonamide as chiral auxiliary.The final part of this dissertation is concerning with thesynthesis of chiralubstituted glyceric acid and formalsynthesis of opticallyecic acid from chiral glyceric acid.
