Abstract
Logistic services providers established complete support system that integrating logistic services, resources, and necessary information flows in the supply chain. Logistic services became a key point for companies to enhance the competitive power. Due to the globalization, the competition between supply chains are even more complicated than ever before. High-tech industry moved oversea because the market size in China. Industry must develop cross-border supply chain management and logistics integration in order to grasp the oversea markets. Taiwan government has promoted Taiwan's logistics industry innovation since 2012. Now the current logistics industries have encountered some limitations and bottlenecks in the operational model of industries. By the concept of “one-stop” logistic services to offer more integral and comprehensive services for enterprises to solve the logistic operational problems. This research analyzed the automobile parts case in distribution industry to capture the need in cross-border supply chain of one-stop logistic collaborative services. Using Income4 software as process design tool, and system dynamics simulation to estimate the profits of improved logistics model. Further to interpret the one-stop logistic services business opportunities and application services. Finally, presenting the collaboration between the distributors and logistic providers on implementing one-stop logistic services. By the model we proposed, enterprises can increase the efficiency in their supply chain and thus gain more profits.
