Abstract
In order to keep core competence, a company must constantly adjust to the changing environment, and makes timely strategic decisions to the problems encountered. ERP system was then developed to facilitate the decision processes by providing the sharing and integration of resources and information. Even though many efforts are devoted in the ERP implementation, there are many reported failure in this endeavor.To ensure the success of ERP implementation, the technological robustness is no longer the only concerned issue rather the organizational readiness to take such change becomes the major concerned issue. This study examines the critical success factors of ERP implementation for an analysis of organizational change. Three successful cases are examined and their results are addressed. Finally, the hypothesis for further testing is summarized and discussed.
