Abstract

電子迴旋自我共振 放大器 效率 CARM electron cyclotron autoresonance maser amplifier efficiency
利用一自我一致的一維電子迴旋自我共振脈射的模型來研究以軸向磁場的變形加強效率。以正弦函數形狀的軸向磁場可以達到百分之五十三的效率。最佳效率的正弦函數形狀除了減低飽和的長度,還可以減低對動量展形和頻率失配的敏感度。除此之外,我們也考慮了電子束的電流密度對效率的影響,並以一新的電子聚集現象來解釋這些現象。A self-consistent,one-dimensional model of the cyclotron auto-resonance maser(CARM) ampilfier are used to investigate theefficiency enhancement through profiled magnetic fields.Efficiency up to 53% are obtained by use of sine-form profiledaxial magnetic fields. The optimal sine-form profiled has theadvantage of shorting saturation length and reducing thesensitivity to frequency mismatch as well as axial momentumspread.The dependence of efficiency on beam current density hasalso been considered.A new bunching process is introdeced toexplan these results.
