銻金屬吸附於矽(111)面1ML所形成的r3結構,其表面銻原子所形成的trimer在矽(111)面表面的吸附位置目前仍未被了解,本實驗首度嘗試以菊池電子放射全像術對此未知結構進行探測,不但獲得了trimer原子的高解析度三度空間影像,而且嘗試以所獲得的影像資訊來決定trimer原子較可能的吸附結構.
