Abstract
Solid phase microextractioon is one kind of slvent free extraction technology. In this study, we will use this advanted method to determite the naloacetic acids(HAAs). Firstly, the SPME condiation : add 1mL methanol during derivatization,absorption temperarture is 40 degree for three minute. Then, desorption time 0.5minute and desorption temperature is 250 degree. The total time is fifty minutes.
