Abstract
When outside economic environment has been moving quickly, the cycle time is shortly in industrial technology, market and products, which are effected continuance development of the enterprise. It should have new method and thinking to find out correct way by itself and it should match the future as well. The vision of enterprise for development should match the future and extend the new core competence, then the enterprise will be keep activity. This paper based on the development strategies, which are enterprise growths, multiplicity, internationalization and alliance strategy of company view point, and find out key success factors and the changing of resource and technology development. This paper is mainly studied from the history of author’s company and depending the growing strategy and application industrial to categorize the relationship of industrial development, multiplicity and internationalization. Besides according to the case of history and background to observe the problems occurred during enterprise growing, were resolved by manager strategy from above mention, the author finds out the growing strategy, key success factor of author’s company and also makes the conclusion as follow 1. Enterprise growing strategies should be considered accordance with market and technology, flexibly to apply the multiplicity, internationalization and strategy alliance under major business. 2. The timing to apply growth strategies should be considered outside environment, industrial technology, market and inside resource analyzing. 3. The management of high-level team should be considered the strategy action and management from human resource, production, financial, research & development and market.
