Abstract
The current trend for these business units is only focus on product or service for customer demand. If we should like to discuss with this topic, we must go through from this view first. Additional, Dr. Scheer’s ARIS analysis is the most popular and accepted by enterprise. This analysis includes four views, organization, database, control and function.It provides the best solution and foundation for this process.This theory bases on a point of view of business operation and combines the past research achievements to provide one total solution of business process reengineering. There are three major procedures :(1)System analysis and evaluate – Use four views of Balanced Score Card to ensure the core content of this procedure.(2)Set up procedure target – Use ARIS’s four views to expand this procedure and then set up target as customer view.(3)Procedure imprvoment – Use ARIS’s four views with industrial engineering improvement method.As above three procedures to expand Business Process Process and then policy decision can to master inherent and extrinsic enviroment variation,and then to plan business expect running method and to realize business target.
