Abstract
Referring to the literature of strategy management，my thesis is aimed to a case study research where I address how to Innovate and manage the business model for the sake of the development of enterprise competence。My thesis finds that the business model can be vary and multiple in today globalize environment。Such capability in building of the business model is accumulated during the lifecycle of inside out and outside in research and insight。 Enterprise manager should always develop the corps vision and the strategy at the first place。Base on the corps level strategy，the internal value chain are then build, as well as the associated business unit level strategy。Then it have to the next stage, the external industrial value chain expand。
